Mix 1/2 oz. Rum, 1/2 oz. Bourbon, 1/2 oz. rich Demerara syrup, 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters, 2 oz. hot black tea, 2 oz. steamed  milk. Grated cinnamon and holiday cookies for garnish
